Professor Semih Yalman is an expert in soft power, intangible asset management and brand perception strategy design.

He is also the cofounder of Brand Eye Global consultancy firm which helps brands become global.

Semih Yalman holds the professor of practice position at Ted University school of business administration in Ankara. He is also a columnist of Harvard Business Review Turkey.

Professor Yalman previously held various positions world wide both at board and executive level with global organizations. Doğuş Group, Gillette, VolksWagen Group, Turkish American Business Council, GE, EADA Business School are to name a few.

Professor Yalman is a graduate of AMP program of Harvard Business School and Emerson College Marketing Communications Masters of Arts.

Published author and multiple TedX speaker Professor Yalman’s change agent methodology in forming internal perception is of mention in Harvard Business School case study on Doğuş Group.

Last but not least Professor Yalman is also the founder of a social innovation platform branded DreamsTalk helping university students to reboot their imagination capacity.

Yalman holds patents to three methods on improving imagination capacity, personal innovation and building equity through soft power design.

On personal level he is the cofounder of İstanbul yacht club a challenger candidate of Americas Cup 2010, musical artist, kite surfer and a yogi.

      Serkan is a seasoned Finance Professional with 20+ years comprehensive experience in Payment Systems, Fintech, Telecom Industries with several Global & Regional Executive Finance roles managing Finance organizations including; M&A, Investor Relations, Business Partnerships, Government Relations, Legal & IT Processes and turnaround management in variety of organizations in EMEA, APAC & Americas.

      Serkan started his carreer in PwC Istanbul Office in Assurance and Business Advisory Services where he has engaged the audit of several multinational & local senior clients and congrolomates.

      Following, he joined Ericsson Telecommunications where he took several senior finance executive roles in Turkey, Spain, Middle east, North Africa & Continental Asia.

      Prior to joining Brandeye Global, Serkan hold several senior executive and finance roles within Wirecard Group 10+ years in Turkey, Middle East & Far East such as; Wirecard EMEA group CFO, Wirecard Turkey Chairman & CEO, Wirecard UAE & India CFO, Global Head of Finance Transformation, respectively.

      Serkan holds MBA degree from Bilgi University & B.Sc. degree on International Relations from Ege University.

      Selin's journey unfolds with her tenure as the Social Affairs Manager at DOGUS HOLDING. Her ability to foster partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and international organizations showcases her strong networking skills.

      Prior to her break for maternity leave, Selin played a pivotal role in the Dogus Group Brand Valuation Project, spanning various sectors. Her contribution as the Brand, Perception, and Intangible Asset Management Project Coordinator reflected her prowess in navigating the complex landscape of brand architecture and marketing operations.

      Selin's expertise extends beyond the corporate realm, as evidenced by her role as the New Business Manager at I-AM ONLINE, an experience design company. Her responsibilities included overseeing sales processes in diverse regions, highlighting her global perspective and adaptability.

      Earlier in her career, Selin made significant contributions as the Head of Formats at Star TV and the Corporate Affairs Senior Specialist at Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.Ş. Her achievements in negotiating sponsorships, managing youth projects, and representing Turkcell on international platforms underscore her versatility.
